Store & Order Data: When you connect your Shopify store, we access order data, product information, customer counts, and sales metrics necessary to calculate your profit analytics. We do not store sensitive customer payment information.

Advertising Platform Data: If you connect integrations (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads), we access ad spend, impressions, clicks, and campaign performance data.

Usage Data: Technical information like IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited to help us improve the Service.

We never sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Provide accurate profit, cost, and revenue analytics

Calculate and display your business metrics

Sync orders and advertising data automatically

Send you important updates about your account or the Service

Improve the functionality and user experience of the Service

Ensure security and prevent fraud

We only share your data with trusted third-party services necessary to operate First Profit, including:

Database hosting (Supabase)

App hosting (Vercel)

Payment processing (Shopify Billing API)

All partners are contractually required to comply with GDPR and maintain strict data protection standards. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our Service or comply with legal obligations.

If you uninstall the app: We retain minimal subscription records for billing purposes and to prevent trial abuse. All other store data (orders, products, costs, advertising data) is deleted within 48 hours.

Upon request: You can request complete deletion of your data at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

Secure database storage with access controls
